Friant Return & Exchange Policy
Not satisfied with your Friant purchase and want to return it? Our policy is simple - you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for any reason.
If you’d like to start a return, please reach out to our team at [email protected]. We’re here to make the process easy for you:
- We’ll issue a shipping label and instructions on how and where to return your item.
- Please note, if you send an item back to us without first requesting a return, we can’t accept it!
- The item you’re returning must be in as-new condition and in the original packaging.
- Ship your product back. You’ll get a notification as soon as we receive the return package, inspect it and approve it for return.
- Once your return is approved, your refund minus the cost of return shipping will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment.

Not happy with your order? Exchange it within 30 days. Your first exchange is free! If you’re still not satisfied, you can exchange it again for a return shipping fee.
To exchange an item, it must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. We’re here to help you with your exchange – just reach out to our team at [email protected], and we’ll coordinate with you.
If the new item you receive in the exchange is either a higher or lower price than your original purchase, we’ll credit or debit the difference to your original method of payment.
We want your Friant products to be in perfect condition! When you receive your order, please inspect your item. Contact us immediately at Hello@friant.com if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can fix the problem. We may ask for additional details and photos of the damaged item.
Once our team verifies that a replacement is needed, we’ll issue a replacement item, schedule a new shipment and pick up the damaged item from you.
Change your mind? You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours of purchase. If it’s been longer than 24 hours, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org! Shipping fees will apply to canceled orders made after the 24-hour mark.
We want to ensure your order is delivered as smoothly as possible, so we offer free standard ground shipping to the mainland U.S. states:
- Orders ship within 72 hours.
- The standard transit time is between 5-15 business days from when your order ships.
- Your order will be delivered curbside.
- If you live in an apartment or multi-unit building, your order will be delivered inside the entrance.
